While this gives us incredible creative freedom, it also means things can get a bit challenging when it comes to working at the pace we’d like.
Game development is an intense but deeply rewarding process. It involves everything from brainstorming ideas and designing characters to creating animations, writing NPC scripts, building immersive worlds, crafting stunning VFX, and so much more. The to-do list feels endless, but our love for this project keeps us going.

Since it’s just the two of us working on Hawk: The Initiation, we occasionally outsource parts of the project to other talented creatives. To support their amazing contributions, we offer grants for their work. Other times, we purchase assets from marketplaces to save time and enhance the game—but as you can imagine, each asset costs money. Money, money, money! While it’s possible to make progress without it, the process becomes much more difficult and time-consuming.
